Tripura Kung Fu Association's

Rules & Regulations

1. To get admission into the courses of Tripura Kung FU association, three (3) copies of passport-size photos, one (1) photocopy of the Aadhaar card, medical fitness certificate and a birth certificate must be submitted along with the admission fee.

2. All students must deposit the monthly coaching fees by the 10th of every month in advance. Failing which, a fine will be charged for each month of delay, and this fine will continue to be added unless all dues are cleared.

3. Training is conducted only once in a week, so no leave will be granted. If any student fails to attend the training class, they shall have to pay a fine. No leave will be given to anyone without a valid reason.

4. The organization conducts a belt examination once every year. All students who have undergone training are required to appear in the belt examination at least once a year. If any student is unable to participate in the belt examination, they must submit an application stating the valid reason, otherwise the name of the student will be removed from the Association.

5. A district-based competition is organized by this organization once in a year. Participation in this competition requires prior attendance in the District-level competition. If any student is unable to participate, they must submit an application stating the valid reason, along with the fine, to the organization.

6. A state-based competition is organized by this organization every year. Participation in this competition is mandatory. If any student is unable to participate, they must submit an application stating the valid reason, along with the fine, otherwise the name of the student will be removed from the Association.

7. This organization conducts a state selection meet every year for participation in national-level competitions. If any student is unable to participate, they must submit an application stating the valid reason, along with the fine, otherwise the name of the student will be removed from the Association.

8. This organization conducts an International selection meet once every year for participation in International-level competitions. If any student is unable to participate, they must submit an application stating the valid reason, along with the fine, otherwise the name of the student will be removed from the Association.
